Not professional advice. Responses are general leadership education, not legal, human-resources, employment, medical, or financial advice. Situations involving termination, discipline, discrimination, harassment, leave, wages, or other matters with legal dimensions require your HR department and, where appropriate, qualified employment counsel. Do not rely on this Site for compliance decisions.

Your content. You retain rights in what you submit. To the extent we hold rights in Responses, we grant you a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any lawful purpose.

Acceptable use. Do not submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; do not use the Site to harass or manipulate others; do not access the service by automated means or interfere with its operation.

No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes from any counsel.
